Ask Grapevine, one of the UK's leading HR magazines, identifies Unlocking the Ivory Tower as recommended reading. "Many books on management scare the average reader away with a barrage of painful self-help cliches or inaccessible and complex language. However, it appears the authors of this book, who crucially have a background in both business and academia, have realised that a majority of managers do not have the time to immerse themselves in pages of academic prose."
In April 2018, Eric appeared on The American Dreams radio show on KDOW in the San Francisco Bay Area. Watch the full interview, or enjoy selections below:

- on an inclusive self-paced option on Udemy.
